Below, you can find the four dimensions our work will be focus on:
Founder Readiness (F)
Assess and enhance the founder's leadership capabilities and readiness for change. This stage involves evaluating the founder's strengths and weaknesses and providing targeted coaching and training to optimize their leadership effectiveness.
Organisational Design (O)
Analyse and design the organizational structure, systems, and culture to align with its vision and goals. This stage ensures the company's structure and processes are conducive to efficient and effective operations.
Co-founder Dynamics (C)
Assess and improve the co-founder relationships and dynamics. This stage aims to optimize the synergies among co-founders to ensure productive collaborations and sound decision-making processes.
Upgrading for Performance (U)
Evaluate and enhance the startup's overall management system. This includes evaluating and improving management routines and practices, reviewing communication and information flow, evaluating miss-alignment and clarity across the organization, conducting management performance reviews, and identifying areas for improvement.
Sustaining the Change (S)
As before, this final stage involves implementing and embedding the changes in the organization and maintaining the momentum of change.
